Being on site together is welcomed. Other inspection companies request the house be vacant during the time of the inspection. We encourage our clients to be present to ask any questions about the home.

Anytime a roof is considered safe and walkable, the roof gets walked. It is critical to check all flashings, shingles and chimney areas for damages that can't be seen from the ground.

There are many things that should and need to be checked under the house that may have gone unnoticed for many years. If accessible, the crawlspace will get inspected.

All appliances, from the dishwasher to the water heater are checked for function and safety.

All windows and doors are operated and checked. Seals, glass failures and operational functions are all part of the inspection process. This also includes garage doors and reverse sensors.

From wooden to composite, we check joists, decking boards, fasteners, flashing and structural posts.

All fuel burning furnaces and air handlers are checked or tested, dates determined and given it's life expectancy.

All water fixtures in bathrooms and kitchens, hose bibs and visible waste pipes are tested including waste ejector pumps and sump pumps.

All devices and lights tested, GFCI/ AFCI breakers tested, exterior and interior grounding and bonding, as well as smoke detectors.

If the gas service or propane tank is active with propane in the tank, the gas logs will be tested.

Drone services for aerial views of the property as well as hard to reach or inaccessible areas of the roof and chimney that are sometimes too high to walk.
